Service Description

The Baseline Organizational Assessment gave your leadership team a shared starting picture. That's real progress, but a shared picture is not yet a decision, and leadership teams that stop at "we agree on the problem" tend to stall there for months while the friction points they identified keep costing them. The Priority Line exists to close that gap fast, before momentum leaks out of the room. This is a single, focused planning session, not a multi-week engagement, deliberately sized to match the scale of the decision it's meant to support. Working from your baseline findings, we take the single highest-priority gap your leadership team surfaced and do three things with it: light priority mapping to confirm it really is the right one to move on first, an initial roadmap sequence that lays out what happens first, second, and third, and a basic set of success criteria so everyone in the room agrees what "this worked" will actually look like. No enterprise strategy design, no governance modeling, no systems planning; those are real work, and they belong in the Applied or Holistic tier once leadership is ready to commit to them. What you leave with is concrete: the planning session itself, plus a one-page initial roadmap written for leadership, not for a project management tool. It is deliberately short enough to walk into a department-level conversation and put on the table without a preamble. Here is why this tier matters even though it's the lightest one we offer: at your scale, the biggest risk after a diagnostic isn't picking the wrong priority, it's picking no priority at all while leadership deliberates whether a bigger planning engagement is warranted. Momentum from a shared diagnosis has a shelf life; department heads who agreed on the problem in the room start drifting back to their own interpretations within weeks if nothing visible happens next. This session gives you a defensible first move you can act on immediately, while that larger evaluation happens in parallel rather than blocking everything behind it. Use the Priority Line as your fast, credible next step after a baseline assessment, and as the low-risk way to test whether the organization is ready for the full Applied or Holistic Plan. It also gives leadership a real, small-scale preview of how OptiMythik works before committing to a larger engagement. Take the one priority you already agree on, and give it a sequence. Everything else can wait its turn.
