This standalone, consolidated disclaimers page is linked from the site footer and referenced by the Terms & Conditions (Section 1) and Privacy Policy (Section 2). It pulls together every disclaimer that applies across the Services in one place, so a visitor doesn't have to hunt through multiple documents to understand the limits of what OptiMythik offers.

4.1 Non-Clinical, Non-Diagnostic Disclaimer

IMPORTANT

OptiMythik's assessments, diagnostics, and coaching services are personal and organizational development tools. They are not clinical, psychiatric, psychological, or medical instruments. They do not diagnose, treat, or provide a clinical opinion on any mental health condition, and must not be used for employment decisions, academic placement, credit or insurance eligibility, or any other legally regulated high-stakes decision about you or anyone else. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or, in the U.S., dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). See Section 4.4.

4.2 AI Use Disclosure

OptiMythik may use artificial intelligence tools (including generative AI, such as Claude) as part of how we prepare certain client-facing materials — for example, drafting or formatting portions of assessment reports, coaching notes, or written content. A human reviews and takes responsibility for what's delivered to you; AI tools are an aid in production, not a substitute for the judgment behind the Services.

Utah law context, stated plainly: Utah's Artificial Intelligence Policy Act (SB 149, enacted 2024, amended by SB 226 in 2025) sets two disclosure standards. Under the standard that applies to OptiMythik — the "requested disclosure" standard — a business using generative AI in a consumer interaction covered by Utah consumer-protection law must clearly disclose that you're interacting with AI if you ask. A stricter "proactive disclosure" standard (disclosing AI use up front, without being asked) applies only to state-licensed "regulated occupations" under Utah Department of Commerce licensing (for example, accounting, engineering, nursing, pharmacy, or genetic counseling). Life and business coaching, and general consulting, are not Utah-licensed regulated occupations, so OptiMythik is not subject to the proactive standard — reinforced by our own commitment, in Section 4.1 above, not to give clinical, legal, or financial advice.

What this means for you: if you ask us whether AI was used in preparing any deliverable, report, or communication you received, we will tell you plainly and accurately. As a matter of practice — not because the law strictly requires it for our services — we also proactively mention AI's role in report preparation as part of the assessment/report delivery process, because we would rather build that trust up front

than wait to be asked.

4.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

OptiMythik's assessments, coaching, planning, and consulting Services are provided to help you gain clarity and take informed action — they are not a guarantee of any particular business, financial, career, relationship, or personal outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, follow-through, market conditions, and circumstances specific to you or your organization.

Nothing on the Site, in a sales conversation, or in a deliverable should be read as a promise of a specific result. See also Terms & Conditions (Section 1.11: Disclaimer of Warranties).

4.4 Crisis Resources

NOT A CRISIS SERVICE

OptiMythik is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies. If you or someone you know is in crisis or experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm:

  • Call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (United States), available 24/7.

  • Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room if there is immediate danger.

  • If you are outside the United States, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line.

Our assessments and coaching are development tools, not a substitute for professional mental health care — see Section 4.1.
