6.1 Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using optimythik.com and the Services. It applies to everyone who accesses the Site or uses the Services, whether or not you've made a purchase. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP in addition to the Terms & Conditions (Section 1).

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell or redistribute assessment content. Copy, resell, sublicense, publicly republish, or otherwise redistribute OptiMythik's assessment instruments, questions, scoring methodology, reports, templates, or toolkits, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent (see Section 1.7, Intellectual Property).
Use our tools to make decisions about someone else. Use OptiMythik's diagnostic or assessment tools, or any report or output from them, to make or support an employment, hiring, promotion, academic, legal, medical, credit, or insurance decision about a third party. Our tools are personal and organizational development tools, not validated instruments for these purposes (see Section 4.1, Disclaimers).
Scrape or access the Site through automated means. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, copy, or extract content, pricing, or data from the Site, except for standard, well-behaved search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt.
Abuse our staff or other users. Direct abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward OptiMythik staff, contractors, or other clients, whether in a session, in writing, or on any public channel.
Impersonate anyone. Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or provide false information when booking, purchasing, or submitting a custom quote request.
Break the law. Use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, or to facilitate someone else doing so.
Interfere with the Site. Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our booking system, our payment systems, or any account that is not your own.

6.3 Consequences of Violation

Violating this AUP may result in, at our discretion and depending on severity: a warning; cancellation of a booking or order without refund; suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services; and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement or legal action. We will generally try to give notice and an opportunity to correct minor or first-time issues, but we reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations (e.g., abuse toward staff, unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted assessment content, or illegal activity).

6.4 Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating this AUP — including misusing OptiMythik's assessment content, impersonating OptiMythik or a client, or engaging in abusive conduct toward our team — please report it to contact@optimythik.com with as much detail as you can provide (what happened, when, and any evidence such as screenshots or links). We review reports and aim to respond within 2 business days.
