Service Description
You know what's off — your Origin assessment named it in plain language, and now you're sitting with that knowledge and no clear next move. That gap, between knowing and doing, is exactly where most good intentions quietly die. What you need isn't another to-do list generated in ten minutes and forgotten by Thursday. You need a real first sequence: the right moves, in the right order, sized to what you can actually start today. This is a focused 60-minute planning session built to do exactly that. You come in with your Origin results in hand — from the Personal Improvement Assessment, the Professional/Career Assessment, or the Hybrid — and we work through them together to identify what matters most right now. That means light priority mapping: naming which of your findings deserves attention first, not a flat list where everything is equally urgent, because nothing is. It means initial roadmap sequencing: putting your first moves in a workable order rather than handing you a stack of parallel projects to juggle at once. And it means basic success criteria — simple, concrete milestones that tell you whether you're actually moving or just staying busy. You leave with a one-page initial roadmap: short enough to keep in view, specific enough to act on the same day. It names your priorities, the order to tackle them in, and how you'll know you're making real progress rather than just feeling productive. Pin it somewhere you'll actually see it — this is meant to be a working document you glance at on a Tuesday morning, not a keepsake filed away and forgotten alongside the assessment that started it. What this doesn't include is resource-gathering, training, or execution support — that's the work of Threshold and Integration, later in the cycle. This is a plan, not a launch, and treating it as more than that is how plans stall before they start: people mistake naming the sequence for walking it, and then wonder why nothing changed. What it gives you is direction you can use immediately, plus an honest signal about your own complexity: if your one page feels like it's straining to hold everything you're dealing with, that's your cue that the deeper Applied Plan, with real consultation and a full SMART plan, is worth the investment before you move into Threshold. Either way, you leave this session with a real next step, not just a better feeling about where you're headed.
