Service Description
A strategic plan your board approved is still just a document until the systems and the people behind it can actually run it. The Infrastructure Rehearsal is where that gap closes — staging the donor CRM or grant-management systems your Living Roadmap calls for, training the staff and volunteers who'll actually operate them, and confirming, deliberately and explicitly, that you're ready before anyone commits to execution. This engagement is hands-on, not advisory. We assemble the actual resources the plan requires — systems, templates, materials — and work directly with your team on people alignment and training, making sure the humans behind the systems know how to use them under real conditions, not just in a demo. From there we run readiness verification against the plan's requirements and a light dry-run or rehearsal — a controlled test of the process before it runs for real, catching the friction points a plan on paper never reveals: a workflow that sounds fine in a document but breaks down the first time a real donor record hits it, a handoff between two roles nobody actually mapped. The engagement closes with an explicit go/no-go confirmation from leadership: a genuine decision point, with real information behind it, not a formality rubber-stamped on schedule. Training here is built around your actual staff and volunteers, not a generic manual — the people who'll use the CRM daily walk through it directly, ask their real questions, and hit the friction points before donors or grant reviewers ever do. That's the difference between a system that's technically installed and one your team can genuinely run. You walk away with completed systems staging and training support behind you, a finished readiness checklist covering every element the plan depends on, and a clear go or no-go call your leadership made with full information. What this doesn't include is running the live program or campaign itself, or tracking performance once launched — that's Integration's job, starting exactly where this readiness work ends. Nonprofit-rate pricing is expected to apply once catalog rates are finalized. If your board approved the plan months ago and the systems still aren't built or the team still isn't trained, this is how that changes before the gap becomes visible externally. Build The Infrastructure Rehearsal and confirm your systems and your people can actually execute what your board signed off on.
