Service Description
Your Applied Plan named several moving parts, not just one — and each of them needs to actually be ready, not just accounted for on paper. A plan with five dependencies and one that's quietly unresolved is still a plan waiting to fail at the third or fourth step, usually right when you can least afford it. This engagement exists to get every piece genuinely prepared: the resources built or gathered, the people in your life who need to be aligned actually aligned, and a real readiness check run before you commit to the change, so "we'll figure it out as we go" isn't your entire strategy. The work moves through resource assembly across everything your plan calls for, not a single item in isolation, followed by people alignment and training — because most real changes in an individual's life involve other people, whether that's a partner who needs to understand what's shifting, a manager who needs a heads-up, or a support system that needs to know its role. From there we run readiness verification against your plan's actual requirements, followed by a light dry-run or rehearsal: a low-stakes trial of the change itself, so you find out what's shaky while the cost of finding out is still small — a rehearsed conversation before the real one, a trial version of the new routine before it has to hold up under a normal week. The engagement closes with an explicit go/no-go confirmation — a real decision point, grounded in evidence from the rehearsal, not just a session ending because the time is up. You leave with hands-on preparation support behind you, a completed readiness checklist covering everything your plan identified, and a clear go/no-go call you can trust because it's grounded in an actual rehearsal, not an educated guess dressed up as confidence. What this doesn't include is making the change in your real life or monitoring how it goes afterward — that's Integration's job, once you've actually crossed the threshold. This is your final preparation phase: everything assembled, everyone aligned, so Integration starts from a position of genuine strength instead of scrambling to patch gaps mid-launch, which is a far more expensive place to discover them. If your plan has more moving parts than you can responsibly track alone, this is where each one gets tested before it matters — quietly, on your terms, before the real version of the change is underway and there's no low-stakes way back.
