Service Description

Your life has more moving parts than a single 60-minute session can sequence well. Maybe your assessment surfaced findings across several dimensions at once, or the priorities you're juggling — career, relationships, health, finances — keep competing for the same limited hours, and a one-page roadmap can't hold all of it honestly. That's what this engagement is built for: a personalized, prioritized SMART plan constructed from real consultation, not a template with your name typed in at the top. The work centers on separating your main-story goals from your side quests, and being honest about the difference. Main-story goals are the ones that actually define this chapter of your life — the changes that, if you made them, would reshape everything downstream. Side quests are real and often worthwhile, but they're not the thing; treating them as equally urgent is one of the most common ways people burn a year of effort without moving the needle on what matters most. This engagement maps your priorities accordingly, sequences your roadmap around that main-story spine, plans for your actual capacity rather than an idealized version of your schedule, defines who's responsible for what — including where you need support from people around you — and sets clear success criteria and KPIs so progress is something you can point to, not just something you feel. You leave with a guided consultation behind you and, in hand, a written, prioritized SMART plan: a clear main-story/side-quest breakdown, milestone checkpoints along the way, and specifics you can act on immediately rather than a set of aspirations restated more formally in nicer language. Every priority in it has been weighed against your actual capacity, not the capacity you wish you had on your best week. What this doesn't include is gathering the actual resources your plan calls for, or any coaching delivery — those live in Threshold, where readiness gets built, and in Origin's coaching-adjacent offerings, not here. This is your working roadmap for the next three to twelve months: the plan you carry into Threshold to get genuinely ready to execute, not a document that sits in a drawer while life carries on unchanged around it. If your priorities have been competing for the same hours with no referee, this is where that finally gets settled — with a plan specific enough that "I didn't have time" stops being a mystery and starts being a choice you can actually see yourself making.
